The website is owned and operated by axélero S.p.A. (hereinafter, for brevity, the “company”), the details of which are given in the footer of the site (hereinafter “site”)
This page describes how we manage the website in relation to the processing of personal data provided by users who fill in the contact form.

  1. Source of personal data
    In its capacity as independent Data Controller, the Company processes the data you have expressly and voluntarily provided by filling in the electronic registration form.
  2. Purpose and Juridical basis of data processing
    Your data will therefore be processed by the company for purposes related to or instrumental to your request for information. The provision of your personal data is always optional. However, if you do not fill in the fields marked as (*) “mandatory”, we will not be able to provide the information you request.
  3. Duration of the Treatment
    The processing will last no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.
    The data collected for the sending of commercial communications will be kept for a period not exceeding 24 months.
  4. Processing methods
    The processing of personal data is made using manual, electronic and telecommunication tools, for reasons that are strictly related to the purposes stated above, and in any event, in such a manner as to ensure the security and confidentiality of processed data.
  5. Entities to whom the data may be disclosed
    The company may disclose the personal data provided by users to the following categories of entities: companies that perform document storage services; firms providing auditing and financial statements certification services; debt collection companies, and in general all entities that provide the company with the professional assistance and advice necessary to render the services offered on the website. Personal data could also be transferred to third country subjects through the standard contractual clauses in compliance with current legislation. The subjects belonging to the above-mentioned categories, to whom the data may be disclosed, will use the data as “Data Controllers” pursuant to the personal data protection code, in full autonomy, being extraneous to the processing carried out at the company, or as “Data Processors” for specific processing operations that fall under the contractual services they provide to the company. The employees and co-workers of the company may become aware of your data in their capacity as “Data Processors” or “Persons Tasked with Processing”.
  6. Rights provided by Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code
    You will have the right to obtain confirmation from the company in its capacity as a data controller of whether personal data concerning you exists or not — even though they may not have been recorded yet — and to have them communicated to you in an understandable form; an indication concerning the source of your personal data, the purposes and methods of their processing, the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with help of electronic tools, as well as the entities or categories of entities to whom the data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them in their capacity as Data Processors or Person(s) Tasked with Processing; the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data which have been processed unlawfully, as well as updates, rectification, to receive a copy of the data being processed or, where requested, integration to the data. You will also be entitled to submit a claim before the Privacy Guarantor.
